1. About Us

Pristine Press is a laundry pickup and delivery service operating in the State of Kuwait. By using our app or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Service

We provide laundry pickup, cleaning (including washing and dry-cleaning), and delivery services. All services are provided on a pickup and delivery basis only.

3. Orders & Processing

Orders must be placed through the app. Once confirmed, orders are considered active. Orders cannot be canceled after pickup has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on service type and operational conditions. We reserve the right to adjust timelines when necessary.

4. Pricing

Prices are based on our official price list. Prices may change at any time. Final pricing may be adjusted after inspection if required.

5. Payment Terms

a) Payment Methods: We offer multiple payment options, including payment through the app and cash upon delivery (if enabled). b) Credit System: Customers may purchase credits within the app. Credits are deducted upon order completion. c) Pay After Processing: Orders may be paid after they are processed. Full payment is required upon or before delivery. d) Negative Balance: Accounts with a negative balance may be restricted from placing new orders. e) Refunds & Re-clean Policy: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, we offer one free re-clean per item. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. f) Payment Issues & Misuse: We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts in cases of failed payments, abuse of the system, or fraudulent activity.

6. Pickup & Delivery Rules

Minimum order value: 3 KWD. Customers must be available during the selected pickup and delivery windows. Missed pickups may result in rescheduling or cancellation. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions. We reserve the right to reschedule due to operational requirements.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure items are ready for collection. Remove all personal belongings from pockets. Inform us of any special care instructions. Do not send high-value items without prior declaration. We are not responsible for damage caused by: pre-existing conditions, weak or worn fabrics, normal wear and tear, or incorrect / missing care instructions.

8. High-Value & Designer Items

Customers must declare any high-value or designer items before pickup. Declaration must be made prior to pickup via WhatsApp or phone call to our support team. Such items are subject to acceptance and approval. Items not declared will be treated as standard garments. We do not guarantee specialized handling for luxury or designer items unless explicitly agreed in advance. We are not responsible for brand-specific sensitivity or damage risks, manufacturer defects, or items requiring specialized cleaning processes.

9. Cleaning Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal. Results depend on fabric type, stain condition, and treatment limitations. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept standard industry cleaning practices.

10. Lost or Damaged Items (Liability)

While we take care in handling items, issues may occasionally occur. Standard items: Compensation is limited to 5× the service price, capped at 50 KWD per item. Declared high-value items: Must be declared prior to pickup and are subject to acceptance and approval. If accepted, compensation may be increased up to 100 KWD per item. Undeclared high-value items: Will be treated as standard items. Proof of purchase may be required to process any claim. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We do not guarantee full replacement value.

11. Unclaimed Items

Items not collected within 30 days may be disposed of or donated at our discretion.

12. Delays & Service Interruptions

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or operational issues.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or reject items that are unsafe, excessively soiled, or unsuitable for processing.

14. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any updates.
